We are excited to have you as a member! By being structured as a membership practice, we are able to truly help our members feel better and make a difference in our community. Thank you for being a part of this.
It is important to us that we listen. We want you to be heard! Our first appointment will be a “New Patient Appointment”. We set aside 90 minutes so that we can get to know the unique you.
To schedule your New Patient Appointment:
We are going to text you an invitation to “Spruce Health” on your phone. You should receive this in the next couple of minutes. Once you are registered you be able to schedule your first appointment.

- After “Spruce” is set up you will receive a message with a link to schedule your first appointment!
